Go to Masters – Accounts – Permissions – Create

This will show you a screen with a list of all the different modules, screens of Masters, Transactions and Reports with their Create / View / Edit and Delete rights.

In the Permission Group box – give a name to the Permission type you want to create – it could be something like View Access Only, Sale Entry, Full Access, etc.

You can check and uncheck the boxes you wish to give permission for under Masters, Transaction, Reports and Miscellaneous. Once done, click Save (Ctrl +s).

Once permissions have been created, these need to get assigned to users. The same permission levels can be assigned to multiple users.
