Creating, Viewing, Editing and Deleting of Party Type

Create a Party Type

Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Party Type ⇒ Create

Once you click on create, Party Type creation page will appear.

Fill the appropriate details in the fields provided:

Party Type : The name for the party type.

Under : Select the grouping for the same, i.e. whether it is a primary group or is a sub-group of any other party type.

Visible : Keep it on to use the party type.

Once the data is filled Click on save to create the party type.

 

View a Party Type

Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Party Type ⇒ View

Once you click on view, Party Type list will appear.

 

Edit a Party Type

Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Party Type ⇒ Edit

Once you click on edit, Party Type List will appear.

To edit a party type click on the pencil icon, Once you click on the edit icon, Party Type Update screen will appear, wherein the changes can be made.

Click on save to update the details.

 

Delete a Party Type

Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Party Type ⇒ Delete

Once you click on delete, Party Type List will appear.

You can delete any party type by clicking on the cross icon highlighted in the image shown above.

On clicking the same a warning message pop-up appears on screen, which once confirmed the party type will be deleted.
