Location

Sales/operation area can be created as location and it can be assigned to the customer or vendor master.

Working with Location

Creating of Location

STEP 1: Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Location ⇒ Create

STEP 2: Once you click on create, Location master page will be appeared,

Fill the appropriate details in the fields provided:

Place : The name of the location.
State :
Select the state to which the location belongs.
Visible : Enable the visibility option
to use the location.


STEP 3:
Click on save to create the location.

Viewing of Location

STEP 1: Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Location ⇒ View

STEP 2: Once you click on view, Location List will appear.

Editing of Location

STEP 1: Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Location ⇒ Edit

STEP 2: Once you click on edit, Location List will appear.

STEP 3: You can edit the location by clicking on the pencil icon, Once you click on the edit icon, Location Update page will appear, wherein the changes can be made.

STEP 4: Click on save to update the details.

Deleting of Location

STEP 1: Go to Masters ⇒ Accounts ⇒ Location ⇒ Delete

STEP 2: Once you click on delete, Location List will appear, you can delete any location by clicking on the cross icon.

STEP 3: On clicking the same a warning message pop-up appears on screen, which once confirmed the location will be deleted.
