This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at RealBooks located in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Sales Prospecting, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

 Experience in B2B sales and software sales is a plus

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or a related field

 Knowledge of accounting principles and software is beneficial

 Fluency in English and local languages is preferred

Requirements

 Qualification: BCom Graduate

 Proven work experience as an accountant.

 Proficiency in accounting software, preferably RealBooks or similar.

 Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.

 Experience with general ledger functions and account reconciliations.

 Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

 Knowledge and experience with GST and TDS regulations and returns.

 Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
