We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall business strategy of RealBooks.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

 Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.

 Experience in B2B sales and software sales is a plus

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

 Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of RealBooks to clients.

 Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Fluency in English and local languages is preferred

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or an MBA

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.

 Proficiency in accounting software, preferably RealBooks or similar.

 Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

 Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

 Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Implementation Executive to join our team. This role focuses on the seamless implementation of our cloud-based accounting, inventory, and payroll software for businesses of all sizes. As an Implementation Executive, you will be the face of RealBooks, ensuring that our clients fully understand and maximize the value of our software. You will train users, provide hands-on support, and contribute to building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Lead the end-to-end implementation process of RealBooks software for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding experience.

 Conduct training sessions for users to understand and utilize RealBooks’ functionalities, providing assistance as needed.

 Maintain effective communication with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing their queries or concerns.

 Diagnose and resolve issues related to software performance, providing timely feedback and solutions to users.

 Identify areas for process improvement during the implementation phase and suggest enhancements for operational efficiency.

 Maintain detailed records of each implementation, client feedback, and suggestions for future product improvements.

 Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Requirements

 Qualification: B.Com (Honours) or equivalent in Accounting or a related field

  0-1 year of experience in implementation or customer support roles. Freshers are welcome to apply.

 Basic understanding of accounting principles

 Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

 Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

 Knowledge of cloud-based software solutions is a plus.

 Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 Quick learner, able to understand new systems and processes efficiently.
