Feature Overview: With the “Export What is in UI” functionality, your Excel exports will mirror the current view in the UI. If certain groups are expanded in the UI, they will also be expanded in the Excel file. Similarly, if groups are collapsed in the UI, they will appear collapsed in the exported file, giving you complete control over how the data is presented.
How It Works:
Open the Trial Balance report.
Expand or collapse groups in the UI as needed
Click on the Export to Excel option.
Your export will exactly match the groups’ expanded or collapsed view in the UI.
